I am not sure if you are going to be able to get through this book without breaking down, but if you have recently lost your pet dog, this book may give your child some comfort. Dog heaven has lots of fields to run in and geese to chase. There are plenty of biscuits to snack on and fluffy white clouds for them to sleep on. Serious tear jerker, but good bibliotherapy.
