Tallulah’s Tutu by Marilyn Singer

I would have LOVED this book as a little girl. Just like Tallulah, all I wanted to do was take dance classes and get a tutu. I love that this book isn’t just a frilly book about ballet though. Tallulah wants a tutu, but she quickly realizes that she doesn’t just get one…she has to earn it and that comes through hard work and dedication.
